HOW LONG DOES THE XRAID LASER GAME WARRANTY PERIOD LAST?
Next Technology, the exclusive manufacturer and supplier of XRAID Laser Game systems, guarantees all products supplied under the XRAID brand. Next Technology offers one year legal guarantee and two years commercial guarantee to assure our customers of the quality of our products.
WHAT DOES THE XRAID COMMERCIAL WARRANTY COVER?
The XRAID commercial warranty for 2 (two) years covers: Phaser plastics, Phaser electronics, armor wiring, armor plastics, armor electronics, computers and printers, scoreboard monitors, software and updates.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE XRAID COMMERCIAL WARRANTY?
The XRAID warranty does not cover:
- Consumables such as score sheets, membership cards, cartridges, manuals;
- Damage to equipment due to force majeure, abuse, vandalism and damage caused by willful negligence.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE END OF THE WARRANTY?
At the end of the warranty period we offer service contracts for ongoing support and maintenance, relieving the manager of any worries regarding the preservation of the XRAID system.

Next Technology guarantees technical assistance in case of any malfunction via help desk by professional and trained technicians. This technical assistance may be remote assistance, remote intervention or on-site intervention and include software, system, equipment, server or any technical issue related to the XRAID Laser Game.
